For this reason, a connection to the internet and access to either ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise are required for Survey123 Connect and the Survey123 website, as well as for the Survey123 field app to download and submit surveys. Online connectivity is needed to access the Survey123 API and ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise. There are certain browser and software requirements to run each element of Survey123.
